All Heroic Marble products are priced in US dollar terms. The total price of your order will be equal to the price of the items you have selected to purchase plus shipping, handling, and applicable taxes (if any apply). Pricing is subject to change without prior notice due to a number of potential factors including, but not limited to: increased material costs, changes in manufacturing costs, licensing fees, shipping & handling charges, and inflation.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order with Heroic Marble at any time PRIOR to your order being shipped. Due to the changing nature of the value of precious metals and crypto-currency, purchases of our products will not be eligible for replacement, refund, or exchange.

5. Information Errors

Heroic Marble strives to ensure the accuracy of all information but errors occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors. Heroic Marble will do its best to ship your accepted order in a timely manner. However, an item may occasionally go out temporarily out of stock. In this event, Heroic Marble will do its best to place a notice on the site or contact you directly about your order. Our prices are subject to change because they are based on market prices for precious metals and crypto currency.

14. Heroic Marble Does NOT Guarantee the Market Value of Products

Heroic Marble uses only the purest forms of precious metals available on the market. The crypto currencies included with some of our products are also verified for authenticity. Heroic Marble guarantees the stated level of quality of the precious metals provided with our products and the authenticity of the crypto currencies where they are included with our products. Heroic Marble products are limited edition collectible pieces or art. We consider them quite valuable but opinions may vary. Precious metals are often said to hold “inherent value,” but such value is set by market forces outside Heroic Marble’s control. Crypto currencies, such as bitcoin, are new and the risks associated with owning and/or using them are relatively unknown. Similarly, the market value of crypto currencies such as bitcoin have proven to be extremely volatile and uncertain in the past. Their future value is impossible to predict, and Heroic Marble makes no attempt to offer any warranties regarding their present or future market value.

In fact, both precious metals and crypto-currencies are subject to rapid changes in market value. This means that products purchased at Heroic Marble may hold a certain market value on a given day, but this value may change rapidly and with no warning at any time. Please consider that the value of our products in the market may even change before the have been shipped to you. For example, this means that one of our products might theoretically be worth $100 on the day you ordered it, but by the time you received it the potential worth has fallen to $50 or risen to $150. While the foregoing is just an example, fluctuations in market value might be far greater during a very short period of time—your collectible pieces could be worth nothing at resale and/or market value after you have received them. 15. Heroic Marble Does NOT Guarantee the Suitability or Fitness for ANY Particular Purpose of Its Products other than Personal Collection

While some of our products may accidentally resemble legal tender, or currency issued by a government, please note that our products ARE NOT ISSUED BY ANY GOVERNMENT AND ARE NOT CONSIDERED LEGAL TENDER BY ANY NATION. Heroic Marble guarantees the suitability of its products FOR PERSONAL COLLECTION ONLY and cannot guarantee the ongoing value of its products to resale markets. Heroic Marble expressly denies the suitability of its products as a medium of exchange for retail or service transactions, and Heroic Marble similarly denies the suitability of its products as a potential investment.
